We’ve always called this Gateaux Louis, we named it for Adeline’s uncle Louis, because he loved it so much. We made a huge version for our wedding because we knew everyone who had a slice would come back for more.
Not sure why we’ve never made it for the café, but with time on our hands, now seems a great time to share this incredible creation with you.
Think of it as cheesecake/tiramisu hybrid.
